Peter is a Director in the Legal, Risk and Compliance team in the EMEA region. Peter and his team focus on legal, regulatory, compliance and risk, supporting clients across financial services and corporates. Peter also leads Leathwaite’s legal, risk and compliance practices focusing on retail and commercial financial services, insurance, payments, fintech and wealth management. Peter joined Leathwaite in 2014 and, prior to this, he was a Senior Consultant in the EMEA Legal and Compliance practice at Sheffield Haworth. Peter started his career as a Desk Officer at the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office where he focused on Counter Terrorism. Peter graduated from the University of Leeds in 2003 with a degree in Philosophy.
