Gareth is a Principal on the Credit team at Dartmouth. He works on mandates across the debt spectrum from Leverage Finance to Fixed Income and Infrastructure Finance across both the buy-side and sell-side. Prior to joining Dartmouth, Gareth owned his own boutique search firm in South Africa, that specialised in the placement of women across banking, financial services, and corporate clients. Gareth worked in Investment Banking for 16 years in London, starting out as a Ratings Analyst before moving into a Director role within Leverage Finance and Syndications with the likes of Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas. His background means he has a very strong understanding of the debt and credit world, enabling him to converse with both candidates and clients at a high level. Outside of work, Gareth can be found chasing after his two young boys in a multitude of sports
