Lyndsey joined the team in 2012 having spent two years with a global recruitment business and is our not-for-profit (NFP) and education expert. She specialises in Marketing, Fundraising, Development, Partnerships, Alumni Relations and Membership roles, and has deep relationships within the Health, Education, NFP, and Government sectors. We celebrate Lyndsey’s diverse career. Prior to recruitment, Lyndsey had an earlier career in public relations in sport and enjoyed a management role with Virgin Australia. She worked with Melbourne Stadiums Limited in a corporate liaison role, Virgin Blue Airlines for five years in a customer-focused management role and the Muscular Dystrophy Association as Public Relations Manager responsible for Media, Communications, Marketing, Fundraising, and Events. This is where the seed was planted that has grown into her unwavering passion for the NFP sector.
