John’s first exposure to recruitment at a small CRO ignited a passion for consulting with clients to fulfill their project objectives by providing them with high-caliber talent. Through his work with IBM, Talent Fusion and Cielo, John has supported an industry-diverse collection of clients. Prior to joining ChasmTeam, John was a Senior Recruiter for a global RPO, supporting the Life Sciences R&D recruitment for Sanofi. While there, he specialized in recruiting accomplished scientists in the fields of oncology and cell therapy. Prior RPO engagements have included partnerships with PAREXEL, Highmark Health, Biogen, ATI, and Wellington Management Company. John received his Bachelor’s in History from Campbell University. He is a North Carolina native, currently residing in Raleigh. When not supporting his clients, John’s time is dedicated to his wife, daughter, son and loyal dog, Rylee; all traveling to new places as often as possible. When spare time arises, John enjoys reading, building scale models, and watching the Boston Red Sox.
