Adriana is a Software Engineer with almost 15 years of experience in the area, participating in different roles related with the software creation lifecycle. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Adriana worked in a prominent multinational software consulting firm as a Sr. Developer. She holds a degree in Computer Science and a Master Degree in Software Engineering at National Technological University. She holds experience in technical and nontechnical roles, worked as a software developer, technical leader, architect and recently, product manager. She is mostly focus on processes, best practices and value creation. She is currently leading 2 AP platforms teams, Radial and Metrica. As a PM she is focus on maximizing the value addition in any platform delivery. She has 4 years of experience in leadership roles.
