Biography
Beau Lambert has spent the past 15 years in executive search and leadership consulting. He is a prominent member of Korn Ferry’s Financial Officer Center of Expertise.
Since joining Korn Ferry, Beau has served various clients across numerous industries, including manufacturing, retail and consumer, technology, healthcare, and education. He possesses in-depth knowledge and experience working with many of the world’s most prominent organizations.
Beau regularly appears in national media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, CFO (magazine), and other publications.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2010, Beau worked with a boutique consulting firm, where he advised clients across the financial officer function.
Earlier in his career, Beau was a public accounting professional, specializing in assurance services, supporting public and privately held organizations.
Beau is active in the community and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. He previously served on the board of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA), a non-profit organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
Beau has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Auburn University.
