Graeme uses his experience and his network to help companies and investors achieve their goals through M&A transactions, restructurings, and access to both equity and debt financing. He has more than two decades of UK and cross-border experience in advising clients on buy- and sell-side M&A, raising or refinancing equity and debt, valuation matters, special-situations M&A, and financial restructurings. His experience was achieved across a broad range of industries but with a particular focus on consumer-based sectors, including hospitality and leisure and retail. Graeme is a chartered accountant and a mediator accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution. He has a Bachelor of Engineering in engineering and management from Loughborough University.
