Mr. Butemeyer works with clients to design and implement talent management systems; identify, assess and develop high potential leaders; and design performance modeling and blended learning programs. He also coaches executives and helps clients with team building. Industries he works with include financial services, hospitality, industrial goods and services, technology products and services, and transportation. As a coach, Mr. Butemeyer takes a practical, action-oriented approach that focuses on on-the-job results. He customizes each engagement to target both the client's immediate and long-term goals and challenges. His coaching clients include high-potential managers, teams, executive leaders with an emphasis on managing career transitions. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Butemeyer was a Senior Consultant for PDI Ninth House, now a Korn Ferry company. His professional history includes working as a talent management consultant for Batrus Hollweg International and Sperduto & Associates. Mr. Butemeyer is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Society of Consulting Psychology. He earned his master's and doctoral degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from Texas A&M, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas State University.
