Craig Williams is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Sydney office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. Working with leading banks, insurance companies and professional services firms, he focuses on C-level risk roles and front office banking executive searches. In addition to his work with institutional, corporate, business and retail banks, insurance and funds managers, Craig has completed board appointments in corporate and not-for-profit sectors. He also specializes in the digital online space, helping companies drive innovation and change. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Craig successfully built a highly regarded search firm which was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles. Before that, Craig worked at a boutique search firm where he originated and managed executive searches for leading financial and professional services firms. During his eight years working at a leading ASX-listed recruitment firm, Craig developed and led their national account management team in addition to managing assignments.
