She partners with Lisa Mann, Managing Director-Consumer and Joe Hartsig, Managing Director-Retail & Services to broaden Raines’ capabilities across its Consumer Practice. Carlye has deep expertise in serving clients in the Restaurant, Retail, Direct-to-Consumer, and Beauty sectors. Her entire career has centered around people. Whether it was her foundation as a photographer and capturing someone at a specific moment in time, working at Apple teaching people how to use technology, or as a recruiter helping people find their next journey, she has always loved figuring out what makes people tick and maximizing their potential.
