Renea joined Robert Half Executive Search in 2018, bringing 20 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment of midlevel executives and a history of managing client relations and developing sales projections, business plans and employee development plans. She has found top leadership talent for public, for-profit, nonprofit and private companies in industries ranging from commercial and residential real estate to retail, manufacturing, finance, accounting and technology. Based in The Woodlands, Texas, Renea is an active member of the North Houston community, volunteering with numerous community organizations, including Meals on Wheels, Montgomery County Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity. Renea has a bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in public relations from California State University, Sacramento.
