Mr. Asmar has helped clients across a wide range of industries in the areas of strategy decode and implementation, performance management & balance scorecards, manpower planning, process enhancements, operating model & organization structure and HR frameworks. Designed governance and operating models for organizations in various industries, developed and implemented organizational structures for regional companies, identified appropriate target work cultures of a government organization which impacted performance and service deliver to the general public, among other work. Mr. Asmar is a subject matter expert on developing operating models and structures aligned with the strategy of an organization. He works closely with C-suite clients to help them through re-organization and change management initiatives. He has managed large scale projects in the Middle East cutting across different service lines within Korn Ferry. His passion and determination enables him to build strong ties with his clients, understand the challenges that they face, provide the best customized solutions and help them implement it. Mr. Asmar previously worked in the contracting, and oil and gas sectors. This included 4 years as an operation manager, overseeing supply chain operations between Europe, the US and Africa and 4 years as a sales and marketing manager for a prominent Lebanese holding company. Mr. Asmar holds an MBA with distinction from both the Sorbonne & Dauphine universities in Paris and a bachelor degree in economics from the American University of Beirut. He has attended specialized programs at INSEAD (Fontainebleau) in managing partnerships and strategic alliances. He is fluent in Arabic, English & French.
