With a past of over 15 years within the recruiting industry in multinational companies, Mr. Della Vedova acquired a significant expertise in the head hunting activity for the industrial market. He has been leading local and international assignment at European level, but also overseas such as U.S and China staying on site. Prior joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Della Vedova was Director in Stanton Chase Italy, international executive search firm, where he was focused on the industrial market at european level. Earlier, he was HR Manager for General Electric for Italy, Israel, Turkey and Greece, in charge of the function for all the HR matters. He started his career in PSA Group and was responsible for the organizational development. He has a deep knowledge of all the executive search strategies and a strong know how in the interview technicalities, combined with a business mindset. Mr. Della Vedova, due to his experience in the HR, is a credible counterpart for the client's company in all the activities related to the employee engagement and culture, reward, leadership and talent and succession planning. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Milan, a degree in Psychology from the University of Bergamo and a Master in Human Resources from the SDA Bocconi University in Milan. He is fluent in English.
