With her background as an executive in change management for large industrial companies, she applies a thorough understanding of the way her clients operate and the talent they require for senior executive and non-executive roles. A trusted client advisor, An works closely with organizations of all sizes and geographies to build effective leadership teams and solve their most pressing talent challenges. With deep experience as a legal professional, she also serves legal firms in searches for partners or senior lawyers. An is based in Brussels. An joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Etex, a global building materials company, where she was Chief Legal Officer. In this role, she built and led the global legal, regulatory, compliance and insurance functions and advised the board on group-level matters and transactions as Corporate Secretary. Previously, An served as General Counsel for the Tessenderlo Group, a Euronext-listed chemical conglomerate. She began her career with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where she worked in the Brussels and Paris offices as an M&A and capital markets lawyer. An holds a Master of Law from the University of Leuven in Belgium and an LLM from New York University School of Law. She is also a Fulbright Scholar and BAEF fellow.
