Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Chen was the Business Development Director of DDI South China, which is a world-class talent management consulting firm. As the BD Director, she introduced full range of DDI products & solutions into the brand new South China market, mainly targeting to key accounts. Ms. Chen was also a Senior Director and the South China Leader of Productized Services in Korn Ferry . She led one team and was responsible for business development and sales work of talent assessments, reward solutions, employee effectiveness surveys and training offerings. Previously, Ms. Chen used to work for Right Management as a customer services consultant. Right Management is a subsidiary company of Manpower Group and a global leader in talent management and workforce solutions. In the role of customer service consultant, Ms. Chen flexibly adjusted to clients' changing needs on talent management and provided practical solutions. Ms. Chen started from staffing and training management roles in her early career. And she was the Marketing Supervisor of Shenzhen PepsiCo. Ms. Chen graduated from South China Normal University, and was granted Bachelor of Management in Human Resource Management.
