I have been working on Executive Search projects for the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries for more than 15 years. I have experience in conducting sessions in English. For the last five years I have been actively involved in projects assessing top managers and management teams using the Hogan assessment® method. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, I was responsible for HR in an international company and for more than 5 years I have been leading several practices in an international recruitment corporation. Certified under the "Executive Coaching" program at the Ian Ardui International Coaching Institute I am fond of horse riding. What I like the most regarding horse riding is the fact that you have to establish contact with the horse, nothing will work without this connection. The same goes for the leader. It is important to be able to form a strong team around you, to unite people.
