Carsten leads the Financial Services sector in Germany. In his almost 20 years of experience in executive recruitment, Carsten has placed leaders in banking, asset management, real estate, and insurance. Carsten also has a longstanding track record in conducting searches for functional roles such as Operations, Risk, Legal & Compliance. He also advises government organizations and regulatory bodies on the recruitment of chief executives, permanent secretaries, and director generals. Before joining Korn Ferry, Carsten was a Partner at another global search firm. Prior to that he was a Partner at an international search boutique. Carsten started his career at Korn Ferry as an Associate after he had been a Researcher at Korn Ferry Futurestep during his studies. Carsten obtained a B. A. in Economics from Wiesbaden Business School. He also is a certified banker (�Bankkaufmann�). He is fluent in English and German.
