Having served a broad spectrum of clients over the years, his track record includes global executive search projects, talent projects, and organization structure and compensation advisory work. He also has expertise in engaging with mid-size, dynamic businesses and helping them build leadership capacity for future readiness. Tarunesh started his career as a marine engineer with an NYSE listed Shipping Company, OMI Corp., headquartered at Connecticut, where he led engineering operations on ocean going vessels. He had ownership of all machinery systems and supervision of engineering teams on merchant vessels. Tarunesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering from Marine Engineering & Research Institute, (MERI) Kolkata and an MBA from SIMSR.
