Biography
Mr. Noble has over 25 years of external consulting and internal Human Resource experience working with C-suite and senior business leaders to achieve targeted business outcomes through people-oriented solutions.
He is an expert in the area of employee engagement. He partners with organizations of all sizes to build engagement strategies and translate employee engagement data into meaningful and impactful Organizational and People initiatives that produce value-driven outcomes.
Most recently, Mr. Noble founded and led Engage Consulting - working with clients to build and implement engagement strategies and engagement improvement initiatives.
Previously, Mr. Noble was SVP and Strategic Business Unit Leader for the Employee and Physician Engagement Practice at Press Ganey - the largest provider of engagement measurement surveys in the U.S. healthcare industry.
As part of Deloitte's Human Capital consulting practice, he managed US and global strategic initiatives focused on the Talent Management offerings of the business.
During his tenure with Deloitte and Accenture, Mr. Noble worked within HR to lead large scale change initiatives and manage HR Centers of Excellence in the areas of Employee Engagement, Compensation, Knowledge Management, and HR Operations Efficiency. He began his career working within Accenture's Change Management consulting practice.
Mr. Noble holds a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Georgia, and a M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Clemson University
