Based in Washington, DC, James partners with clients to recruit strategic executive leaders, who will thrive in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, James served in sales and go-to-market roles across several early and late-stage enterprise SaaS companies, including Databricks, DataRobot and Cloudera. He also provided national security cybersecurity advisory services while at Deloitte Consulting LLP and US Department of Energy. James holds a BS in economics from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
