She focuses on CEO and executive level marketing, digital and commercial roles with industry specialties in beauty & wellness, fashion, lifestyle and CPG. She joins True with more than 15 years of global executive search and recruitment experience. Saloni was most recently at COTY, a global beauty conglomerate, where she led the talent acquisition and global leadership search function. Prior to COTY, she spent time at a reputable search firm specializing in the consumer space as well as at Gap Inc., where she led the talent function for their luxury retail subsidiary, Intermix. Saloni holds a dual bachelor’s degree in english literature and economics from Pace University in New York.
