Ms. Milliken's search career has been dedicated to the professional services space, working closely with clients focused on management consulting, advisory, marketing services & IT Services. Often focused on Senior Partner, Practice Leaders as well as Consulting General Managers. Functionally she addresses her client's needs in strategy, transformation, sales, HR and increasingly on the digital agenda. In addition to Professional Services searches, Ms. Milliken recruits on Chief Strategy Officers as well Corporate Development leaders for both Services organizations and industry leaders. Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Milliken was a central member of the Professional Services Practice for a leading global Executive Search firm. Earlier in her career, Ms. Milliken worked in Advertising Sales across multiple mediums and was also a Senior Producer for a well-known television show that has been on air since the early 80's. Ms. Milliken graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a Bachelor of Communications and a Minor in Psychology.
