Ms. Drew has 30 years' financial services experience and building on her first career in marketing, sales and data analytics for blue chip brands including MBNA and Lloyds Banking Group, she has spent the last 15 years developing a track record of delivering senior search, mapping and talent development assignments across the UK and Europe. She has successfully delivered mid and senior level searches within many areas of financial services including payments, retail banking, consumer finance, financial technology and general insurance spanning all corporate functions. She has a specialist focus on commercial, customer facing functions including marketing, product, sales, digital, data science and pricing. Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Drew worked for a global boutique search firm where she was part of the financial services team delivering senior assignments across the UK, Europe and US. Her track record includes a wide variety of assignments from general insurance and pre-launch InsureTech to retail banks and consumer finance businesses. Before beginning her search career, Ms. Drew held senior marketing roles with blue chip financial services businesses including MBNA where she led the development of advanced analytics, creation of co-brand and direct-to-consumer distribution which was instrumental in the growth and early years success of the Europe business.
