With more than 20 years of experience working in a consultative and collaborative capacity, Marytere has extensive expertise in facilitating communication and decision-making between stakeholders, including C-suite, leadership, board of directors and government agencies. Her executive search experience spans various industries and functions, including consumer products, financial services, operations, human resources and technology. Prior to joining DHR, Marytere served as Partner at a global leadership and talent advisory firm. Before that, she held various leadership roles, including Chief of Office of the Presidency of Gruma S.A.B and Chief of Office of the Presidency of Grupo Financiero Banorte S.A.B. Additionally, Marytere served as Director of Institutional Relations at Iasa Comunicaión (Grupo Editorial) and Director of General Affairs at Arkansas State University. Marytere holds a degree in business administration from the Universidad Anáhuac.
