She has worked in various roles within PDI Ninth House and Korn Ferry since 1998 since she began working as the Operations Manager for the German office. In addition to the office management tasks, she gained expertise in planning and coordination of international projects and has strong skills in discovering solutions, building support and driving execution. For many clients across the globe, Ms. Schönbühler managed multi-participant assessments and development events in various locations. She coordinated global project teams, partnered with client HR teams and served as a resource for all internal team members involved from Sales to Delivery. Ms. Schönbühler’s strength is in partnering creatively with others across Korn Ferry to ensure that our clients’ needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. She has over 20 years of experience within Korn Ferry to draw upon and can help implement projects smoothly and efficiently. She is dedicated to quality and to developing client relationship through superior customer service practices and a proactive approach to client support. Ms. Schönbühler’s passion in working with people with many different cultures is invaluable in gaining the trust of her clients, colleagues and bosses. Due to her experience in international project management, Ms. Schönbühler ensures seamless execution of her projects and those working on her team. Ms Schönbühler owns a first and second state exam in German literature and History. She is fluent in German and English and conversational in French.
