Ms. Hansen is also a member of the firm's CEO and Board Services Practice, Marketing Center of Expertise and Financial Officers Practice. Since joining Korn Ferry in 1998, her assignments have spanned the C-suite with a focus on CEO, CMO, CFO and Board Directors. Previously she worked for a national legal search firm. She is an attorney and early in her career practiced law in Southern California with a West Coast-based law firm. Working in concert with Korn Ferry Advisory she also advises in the areas of CEO Succession and Top Team Effectiveness. She has worked with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, Global 1000 and Fortune 500 corporations and venture-backed start-up organizations in consumer sectors including packaged goods, restaurants/foodservice, wine and spirits, natural/organic foods and beverages, travel and hospitality, and consumer technology. Ms. Hansen earned her bachelor's in English with honors from Stanford University. As an undergraduate she also attended Oxford University's Magdalen College. She has received her juris doctor from Pepperdine University where she was an editor of the Law Review. She serves on the Boards of Directors for the Stanford Alumni Association and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California.
