Biography
Having lived in Singapore for 15 years, Miriam has worked extensively across the region and has a deep appreciation for the cultural diversity and complexity within Asia Pacific. She brings this to her work with clients globally, regionally and locally with a focus on the Financial Services, Industrial and Consumer sectors.
With a broad focus on the development of leaders and their teams, Miriam’s focus is on CEO and Senior Leader succession, assessment, executive coaching and top team effectiveness. She has particular expertise in helping Leaders and their teams to create meaningful impact within their organizations, and beyond, through their individual and collective purpose. Miriam is also passionate about advancing women in leadership and through her coaching work has supported a number of women across industries to successfully transition into, and thrive in senior roles.
Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates Miriam was the APAC Head of Assessment for another global Executive Search Firm.
Miriam holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from James Cook University and has several undergraduate degrees from The University of Western Australia and Curtin University of Technology.
Miriam has completed the Coaching Psychology Program at Sydney University and is accredited in a range of clinical and organizational psychometric tools.
