Alexander advises clients in the fields of turnaround and restructuring with a focus on Finance and M&A. He is experienced in the design and implementation of whole-company transformations and turnarounds as well as solvent liquidations, leading Finance functions in special situations, and in acquisition and divestment processes such as business and asset carve-outs. In the delivery of his projects, Alexander is known to collaborate closely with the management, lawyers and other advisors and the client's stakeholders to achieve the best possible and sustainable solution to the clients' most complex issues. His approach is described as pragmatic and goal-oriented. Alexander started his career as a trainee in the transactions and restructuring teams of a Big4 audit company. He holds a Master of Science in Economics (Finance) from the University of Edinburgh.
