Magnus Stawicki Blak, based in Copenhagen, is a member of Mercuri Urval's public team, where he focuses on Executive Search, Recruitment and serves as a management advisor working with Leadership Assessment, Development, Coaching, Change Management, Organisational Development, and Group Management Development. Magnus is also connected to Mercuri Urval's private team, where his focus is on IT and Tech and Leisure. Prior to his present role, Magnus co-founded and was CEO of an HR Coaching and Leadership SaaS tool that helped organisations and leaders thrive, develop, and perform. Magnus is an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School's School of Entrepreneurship, where he helps founders become leaders. He is also an external lecturer in The Master of Organisational Psychology at Roskilde University, where he teaches experienced leaders the art and craft of good leadership. Magnus holds a business degree and a board education from Copenhagen Business School, as well as an M.A. in English and Psychology and an M.Sc. in Organisational Psychology from Roskilde University.
