Małgorzata Tylec – Gusakov – founding managing partner of FIT Recruitment, Managing Partner of AIMS International Poland. Malgorzata began her career as a recruiter at Source Executive Recruitment where she focused on the legal & finance industries. From 2003 to 2009, as Business Units Manager and Practice Head, she was in charge of team development at HAYS Accountancy & Finance and HAYS Legal in Poland. Additionally, as one of the four founding team members, Malgorzata was also responsible for the recruitment of key executive positions in other fields of expertise. As a co-founder of FIT, Małgorzata liaises with the most dynamic and growth-oriented firms , ie. foreign investors as well as Polish entrepreneurs who are building their structures outside of Poland. Małgorzata, together with the team advises companies using her awareness based methods in human resources.
