Jointly based in Zurich and Geneva, Thomas advises industry-leading clients across the financial services sector, with particular expertise in investment management, global financial markets, and investment banking. Having strategically assessed the largest and most complex banks in Europe, Thomas brings a unique perspective and subject matter expertise to help find the best talent for his clients. Thomas joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Goldman Sachs in London, where he was an executive director in the equity research department. In his role, he analyzed French, Italian, and Benelux-based banks, and was key in assessing the banking regulatory landscape. Before Goldman Sachs, he held a similar role at Credit Suisse and several roles in the investment management industry. Thomas holds a master’s degree in banking and financial markets from the Toulouse Business School. He is CFA Charterholder and has earned financial regulatory certificates in both the UK and France. Thomas speaks French, English, and German.
