Mr. Yang has predominantly focused on Financial industry, The Real Estate industry, Pharmaceutical industry as well as big State-Owned-Enterprises and multinational branches in China. His major clients include but are not limited to China Resources Group, China Mobile, YueXiu Group, Vanke Group, Country Garden Group, GuangDong Holdings Limited, Guangzhou YueDean Group, GuangDong Yuecai Group, Ping An Group，Shenzhen Yantian Port Group, Guangzhou Securities, Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited, KingMed, Seven Brand Group, VIP shop etc. Mr. Yang has over ten years consulting experience in the field of strategic planning, organization design, strategic performance management, HR strategy and HR planning, competency-based incentive design, career development as well as leadership and talent development.
