Kapil joined Sheffield Haworth India team as a Senior Associate in Dec 2019 from the Adecco Group, where he worked as a Principal Consultant focussing on the Industrials and Engineering sector. He has rich experience across industries and has worked closely with conglomerates in India to identify executive talent and supporting them on their people objectives. His career spans across consulting and industry and earlier worked at BMW Group and Audi India in Corporate and Diplomatic Sales role. He started his career as a Cabin Crew with Jet Airways and till date has 6000+ flying hours across 24 international cities. He is a graduate from Delhi University with an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Pune.
