Tom is a Director and leads our Change & Transformation practice, focused across the full spectrum of Financial Services industry clients and into disruptive technology providers/consultancies, covering both interim and permanent positions. Tom has 15 years of experience within recruitment gained with Alexander Ash Consulting, where he partnered with clients on positions from AVP/Manager through to Managing Director/Partner equivalent level. Quality of service both to clients and candidates has always been the core of his focus, where building long term trusted relationships has been the foundation of his success. A change expert, he is looking to leverage his existing knowledge base and network to bring additional value to Dartmouth’s clients. Away from work Tom is a keen swimmer, but values spending time with his loved ones above all else.
