Mr Davies works alongside clients to fully understand their principal areas of revenue/premium growth alongside improvements to existing operating models. This understanding of top-line and EBITDA targets leads to the development of relevant human capital solutions to meet his client's corporate objectives. He has led global advisory assignments for both Carriers and Intermediaries at Board, line and senior functional roles. He has been involved in both public and private equity owned assets working on Top Team Development, Board Advisory and M&A services. Prior to his current position, he served as Executive Chairman of a global executive search firm dedicated to the Insurance industry. Prior to that he had 36 years at a leading global Insurance Broker where he had a number of leadership positions at both Regulated Board and Executive Committee levels. This experience has helped develop a deep understanding of the market's opportunities and challenges.
