Biography
Katie has accelerated growing a breadth and depth of leadership advisory expertise over the last 6 years. She partners with the Odgers Berndtson’s Scale-Up Collective team and regularly works with colleagues and leading clients operating in the technology, financial services, professional services, not-for-profit, housing, energy and retail sectors.
She benchmarks executives and directors for their readiness to fulfil new positions and associated responsibilities advising CEOs and CPOs on their potential to advance and activities to develop their leadership capability. In addition, she brings expert insight on team profiles, succession and talent management, corporate governance, and culture transformation.
A Consultant in the Leadership Advisory Practice, Katie progressed rapidly in another leading global executive search firm, prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2022. An occupational psychologist she has a BA in Psychology from Trinity College, Dublin, and an MSc from Kings College in Psychology, London. She is TUA/TUP qualified and accredited in a range of psychometric tools including Hogan Suite, Saville Wave, and 16PF.
