James rejoins PageGroup as Partner with Page Executive, where he focuses on executive search for leadership roles in the mining and industrial sectors while fostering strong customer relationships. With over 15 years of executive search experience, he advises clients on aligning company and talent strategies to achieve robust business and sustainable hiring outcomes. Joining PageGroup in the UK in 2007, James spent two years honing his skills before migrating to Australia in 2010. He was previously in an executive search firm where he spent six years delivering Board, C-Suite and General Management across various sectors and functions. In 2019, James established his own executive consulting business delivering a range of services, including HR, Organisational Development, Talent Retention & Assessment and Executive Search. His customer portfolio included representation in Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Property and Logistics, focusing on Board, CEO, COO, General Management, Operational Leadership, and Strategy / Business Development roles. He partnered with ASX Listed, large private and emerging SME businesses, and private equity groups to secure exceptional talent to support his customer’s business growth agendas.
