Paul has over 18 years’ executive search experience with universities, private education providers, government bodies, and leading corporations in Australia and internationally. In Education, he has led academic leadership searches across a wide range of disciplines including science, technology and engineering, business schools, education and arts and health. Professional staff searches span functions including finance, operations, human resources and procurement. Previously, Paul held appointments including as an Associate Director with an international executive search practice and Strategic Planning Manager in an international oil and gas corporation where, over ten years, he developed investment plans and strategies for its Australian operations and led finance and operational teams.
