Bell Newman started her professional career in the US Army as a Psychological Operations specialist for an 8 year term. After, she joined an well-respected Recruiting Agency in Tampa Bay focusing on Fortune 500 clients. With many successful placements under her belt, she moved to an in-house HR Team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, growing the organization exponentially across all business functions including Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and IT. Most recently, Bell joins Hanover from a NYC based firm, specializing in C Level searches for segment leading companies in the Sports, Entertainment, Media and Digital Consumer Technology industries.
