Tatiana Oszmianska is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Industrial Practice and has nearly 20 years of executive experience with global industrial, construction and consumer companies. She brings extensive expertise in transformation and change management, merger integration, leadership, strategy, product solutions, and sales and marketing to her client work. Most recently, Tatiana was general manager of the B2B and B2C channels of Lafarge Holcim and served as vice president of its management board. During her tenure, she redefined LH Poland’s marketing strategy and organization from a production-oriented manufacturer to client-centric solution provider. This strategic shift helped the company differentiate itself and reinforce its position as a leader in the Polish market. Previously, Tatiana spent nearly a decade with Bunge, a leading international consumer and B2B oilseed processor and oil producer, in a range of marketing, commercial, project management and general management roles. Earlier, Tatiana co-led the reorganization of commercial operations for Cereol Beghin Say’s acquisition of ZT Kruszwica and was a consultant with GlobalPraxis, serving fast-moving consumer goods companies in Poland. Tatiana is a graduate of the Warsaw University and holds an M.A. in human resources management. Additionally, she has completed several executive leadership programs at leading European schools, including ESADE, HEC and INSEAD.
