She is certified in Thomas Profiling Assessment. Shruti has been working in HR consulting & Executive Search since the beginning of her professional career in 2008, conducting numerous search and assessment projects and filled top management positions (i.e. Directors, Vice Presidents, C-level) for a wide range of firms – including Engineering, Energy & Infrastructure , Professional Services etc companies. Working closely with Indian and International clients, she is managing the Automotive & Pharma Sector of AIMS International India.
