In her role, she is accountable for client success, delivery excellence and delivering customer value for Korn Ferry’s Digital portfolio. She drives successful deployments for large scale engagements in strong collaboration with Advisory Consulting, Marquee account leaders and RPO to foster a unified engagement approach for One Korn Ferry. At Korn Ferry, her achievements have included the build out of the RPO EMEA internal infrastructure and methodology for; implementation, CI and internal recruitment as well as leading the Talent Acquisition Solution Advisory team globally. Most recently she was responsible for CSat across the EMEA RPO client-base. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2016, Vivienne has worked in the Talent Acquisition field for more than 15 years, within recruitment technology – customer success and as an independent management consultant advising customers such; BP, UBS, Syngenta, Unilever, Novartis, GE Healthcare and HSBC with specific knowledge of deployment in the Middle East. In addition, Vivienne has led the global implementation of recruitment services and technology, as well as the operational leadership of recruitment teams. Area’s of expertise include; consultancy, project management, recruitment technology, SAAS, employer branding, CSat, assessment methods, sourcing strategies, recruitment innovation and techniques, direct hiring models and building effective teams. Vivienne is a qualified Prince 2 practitioner and LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt.
