John Harty is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services Practice, with a particular focus on retail financial services, insurance, financial technology (fintech) and boardroom advisory. With two decades of executive search and leadership consulting experience from across international markets, John is known for his exceptional understanding of boardroom dynamics and ability to help organizations align leadership with their transformation agenda. John earned a bachelor’s degree in business studies from the University of Limerick with a minor in labour law.
