Based in our European Headquarters in Amsterdam Amelie Bonneville serves as Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, Europe. Amelie leads internal recruitment in Europe and is responsible for driving the growth strategy throughout the region by building relationships with successful search Partners in order to expand DHR’s global footprint while maintaining the firm’s unique culture, agility, and core family values. Amelie joined DHR International in 2012 as Senior Associate. She successfully conducted C-Level, functional Vice President and Director-level engagements across several industries across Europe. Prior to DHR she worked as HR Manager in a financial institution based in Paris and in a global medical organization based in the Netherlands. She has over six years of experience in various fields of Human Resource Management and 5 years in Executive Search and Talent Acquisition. Amelie holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from a French business school.
