For more than a decade, Raj has assessed, advised, and coached executives and top teams to help them create the conditions for operating at their purpose-driven best. Raj's high-value client work includes, designing and delivering a high-potential leadership program for the top 100 senior leaders of a global technology firm and delivering a digital talent readiness leadership assessment for the global drug operations unit of a global pharmaceutical organization. He was an executive coach to the C-suite of a major life sciences company and to more than 100 senior leaders at F1000 organizations. He designed and delivered a design thinking immersion program for high-potential senior leaders of a national energy firm and implemented an enterprise coaching platform across the organization for a major United States University. Previously, Raj was a partner in the enterprise leadership practice for a global executive search and talent advisory firm. He has worked with global companies in a variety of sectors, including technology, healthcare & life sciences, retail & apparel, consumer markets, insurance, manufacturing, and energy. Raj began his career as a management consultant at Accenture and IBM/PwC in the technology and process consulting space.
