Ms. Smyth has a successful track record, of over thirty years, working with clients from across all sectors on a national and international basis. She is respected for her depth of expertise, professionalism, approach to stakeholder engagement and the development of future focused solutions that optimise both organisational success and the employee experience. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2020, Ms. Smyth was a member of the Ireland executive team in a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company. She led the Talent and Rewards advisory business. She has also led the Rewards Advisory practice for one of the Big Four firms in Ireland, managed rewards in Western Europe for Diageo plc and ran her own consulting business for over twelve years. Ms. Smyth earned her MBS in Human Resources & Industrial Relations at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and her B.Soc.Sc. from University College Dublin. Jenny is a qualified business and life coach with the Coach Institute of Ireland. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers in Ireland, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development in Ireland and of the 30% Club. Ms. Smyth presents at conferences on the key HR issues of the day and she guest lectures on strategic and international rewards at the Irish Management Institute, the UCD Smurfit Business School and at Trinity College Dublin.
