Bea provides expert guidance to both public companies and private equity firms, helping them optimize leadership within their finance organizations. With extensive experience across various industries, Bea's diverse client portfolio includes Fortune 500 companies, Pre-IPO ventures, and sponsor-backed enterprises. Her focus is on key finance hires, such as CFOs, FP&A, investor relations, and accounting leaders. Additionally, Bea actively contributes to the firm's Private Capital Practice, collaborating with private equity firms, family offices, and other financial institutions on crucial senior level searches. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Bea began her career at Third Bridge, where she provided primary research support to management consulting firms, as well as mega cap and middle market private equity firms during their due diligence process. In 2018, Bea was appointed Vice President of Operations in 2018, entrusted with launching and overseeing the company's inaugural West Coast office in Los Angeles. Bea holds a BA in Art History from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
