Paul has almost 25 years of experience in the IT industry as well as a wealth of leadership and delivery experience, including in IT due diligence, post-acquisition enterprise integration, digital transformation, and simplification programs. His clients benefit from his defining and designing of complex solution implementations, his management of large-scale technical and business change programs, and his implementation of large-scale operating model transitions. Those efforts have included both onshore and offshore and multivendor delivery landscapes. Paul's roles have included short- and long-term assignments across many business sectors, such as financial services, government, media, and supply chain.
