Albert Lara, based in Barcelona, is Senior Consultant at Mercuri Urval since 2023. He started his career as a Management Consultant with MU in 2005 where he worked until 2010. Albert focuses on providing high-qualitative solutions for Executive Search and Premium Leadership Advisory to organisations worldwide. He has vast experience working with multinational clients in industrial automation, intralogistics, banking, the public sector, FMCG and professional services. He has delivered executive search assignments mainly in Spain but also in France, Italy, Portugal, Andorra, Brazil, Peru and Mozambique. Prior to Mercuri Urval, Albert worked in the cooperation and development sector for NGOs in South America and Africa, was an Export Manager for a manufacturer of packaging machines and founded several professional recruitment companies. Albert holds a master's degree in Economics for the University of Barcelona, a General Management Program for IESE and an Executive MBA for EADA. His mother tongues are Spanish and Catalan. Moreover, he speaks fluent English and Italian and at a professional level in French and Portuguese, as well.
