Imogen Millar is an Associate in the Oil & Gas Practice based in Odgers Berndtson's Group head office in London. She works as part of the Energy team, with other sector and functional specialists, and international teams on global mandates. Imogen brings more than 10 years' experience in executive search and leadership consulting. Her career has focused on executive, senior leadership and board level assignments in the Energy and Natural Resources sectors with a wider focus on Sustainability and ESG related roles. Imogen has worked on mandates around the world in all the key Energy markets and across the whole value chain. She brings a breadth of experience gained from handling a wide range of assignments for UK and international organisations including listed multinationals, NOCs, private equity, start-ups, non-profit and government entities. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Imogen was a core member of the Energy and Industrial Practice at a major US-based global executive search firm. She also brings experience from a leading independent boutique executive search firm. Imogen holds a BA in Theology from the University of Exeter.
